Mr. Breall is a Certified Legal Specialist in Workers’ Compensation. He has spent over twenty years defending a vast array of Fortune 500 companies against employment and workers’ compensation cases, including those involving sexual harassment, wrongful termination, complex subrogation issues, and professional sports leagues and teams. Mr. Breall is a former NCAA football player and member of The Sports Lawyers Association, a professional organization dedicated to the understanding, advancement, and ethical practice of sports law.

He previously practiced civil litigation, having successfully worked numerous cases concerning labor disputes, anti-SLAPP, city planning issues, and water rights.

Mr. Breall earned his law degree from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento.  He graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis, at which time he was employed by the California Board of Forestry. There, he was responsible for formulating new legislation and transforming the Forest Practice Rules to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act. 

Mr. Breall frequently presents on a variety of topics to insurers, self-insured employers, and other professional sports organizations.  He is an alumni member of the Golden Gate Chapter of RIMSTM (Risk Management Society) and the Industrial Council Association.
