Mr. Connor is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He graduated from Whittier Law School where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Insurance Law, Legal Research, and Writing and Legal Skills. Mr. Connor is admitted to practice in all California State Courts, Federal Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
