Ms. Owh earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Scripps College, after which she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. Ms. Owh’s background includes experience working for an applicant firm and with the staff counsel office for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Orange, California. Ms. Owh is admitted to practice in all California State courts. She enjoys spending time with her dogs and traveling. She is fluent in Korean.
