Ms. Hefter received her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California. She has been practicing workers’ compensation law since 2004 with a background of representing both applicants and defendants. Ms. Hefter is experienced in the defense of complex workers’ compensation cases involving asbestos, catastrophic, 132a, and Serious & Willful claims. Over the course of her career, she has handled cases in numerous employment sectors, including manufacturing, construction, waste management, healthcare, transportation, hospitality, retail, technology, and professional sports.
